Geordie Gran Marjorie Grabs Another Cash Prize!

Born and raised in Newcastle, Marjorie met the love of her life John in her early 20’s.
68 years later the duo has built a wonderful family of three children and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Supporting husband John as he travelled the world as an RAF man, our Geordie Supergran worked too in the NAAFI, which was a retail establishment for servicemen and their families.
The couple’s itchy feet came to an end when they realised ‘home is where the heart is’ and returned to the UK, and back to Newcastle. It was then Marjorie ignited her love of crosswords and puzzles.
